I bought this product a while ago, and it was amazing. However, the Bluetooth wasn't working. I had managed with the wireless dongle and wire, but the time had come when I had to free up USB ports and switch to Bluetooth eventually. I contacted customer service, and they sent me updated software to fix this issue. This didn't work either and they sent me a new one for free! Astonishing customer service they were very helpful and polite throughout the entire process! The Keyboard is also very good as it is lightweight, has great switches, and fits all the necessary keys while keeping it nice and compact at the same time.

The media could not be loaded. Not only is it nice and compact without losing too many keys, which is exactly what I wanted, but it functions quite nicely! Incredibly responsive keystrokes, windows key can be enabled and disabled from the board and the lights are easy to turn off and on. Nothing too fancy, something highly functional.I have it set up wired to my box, BT to my Steam Deck, and have the wireless option still open. I can flip between my PC and the Deck with the switch underneath the keyboard this way making it much easier to run multiple devices in a cramped area.Would recommend and potentially buy again.

My last device was failed after about a year. I was ready to toss it! This keyboard is perfect, full keyboard compatible with the small format! It feels good in my hand, it even comes with replacement parts!!! I am willing and eager to test this new keyboard!

Although the keys were not the softest compared to my last keyboard, it still feels nice and it is more ergonomic because of its size. It's nice to switch from multiple bluetooth devices and one device with the USB receiver. The rgb lights are very cool too. It's pretty much bang for you buck, and you can change the keys or lubricate them until you get the feeling and look you want as well.

Used this product as a replacement wireless keyboard. I’m order to switch the channel (wireless, wired) there is a switch at the bottom.The product is perfect for wired keyboard. No delays.But the wireless mode (2.4Ghz) has some delays. This may be an issue if you are playing a game, the delay could cost you a round and digital currencies. Another factor is the MX cherry red keys. In this case I have to press the keys all the way down to get a response.Over all the design is well built. When I used it the battery lasted for approximately 8 hours (not continuous play), This includes some document typing and researching and gaming (FPS games and RPG).The brightness is not noticeable, you have to be in a dim light to see the led lights.

Everything about this keyboard works well. Even when coming out of standby mode, it is instant without key input delay. The only con I have is that I own two other Redragon keyboards and they are both noticeably brighter at the brightest setting than this keyboard. Other than that, works flawlessly.

Hasta el momento funciona perfectamente, tanto en 2.4 como en Bluetooth, su construcción es solida, no he cambiado ninguna de las teclas hasta hoy (viene con varias de repuesto, un punto a favor) y las modificaciones de las teclas y modos se pueden configurar perfectamente a través del programa de Redragon.Que puedo decir, simplemente lo recomiendo totalmente, por su durabilidad, estilo, configuraciones y facilidades de conexión.

It looks cool, I didn't like the colors too much when I bought it, but once it arrived, looks cool. Rgb looks amazing. Is plastic but doesn't feel bad quality. The only thing that can impprove is the Battery.

I just unboxed and tried it out. It is not only beautiful, but it is SO easy to understand the manual. The lighting commands are easy to understand and program. The keys make a perfect sound for me, the size of the keyboard itself is better than any others I’ve ever used, and it’s lightweight; compact. I have not been this excited and joyous in a long time. Perfect 90s kid nostalgia.

TLDR: Great price to get a board if you want to switch out the keycaps and switches for some custom ones, which is what I did. The wireless is not usable for online gaming, but connecting it with a wire is totally fine. The layout is impractical.1. The wireless is not suitable for suitable for gaming, unless you're casually playing a single player game from the couch and REALLY don't care about input lag. (Note: you can plug this keyboard in using the wire and it is completely fine). But even on the 2.4 Ghz with wireless dongle, the keyboard will sometimes stop sending keystrokes for a full second and then just send a bunch of them at the same time in a batch. Some key presses simply get missed. Not playable for any online games. It's actually annoying to type this review with! The wire is not long enough for my standing desk, so I cannot play games with this while standing.2. The keyboard layout is really bad. I bought this keyboard primarily for the keyboard layout, but after using it, I realized the position of the arrow keys is unnatural, since I expect the arrow keys to be at the far right side of the keyboard. I can't get used to it. And the num pad is too close to my regular keys, so typos happen far too often with the sensitive switches I use. It's just not a practical layout unfortunately.

Inte nöjd alls. ett mekaniskt tangentbord ska man aldrig kunna böja, det skall vara stabil. väldigt plastig.Detta tangentbord tyvärr fyller inte mina krav, men som sagt en smaksak.Den retunerades lika fort som den packade upp.Men som nybörjare inom mekaniska tangentbordsvärlden så kanske den finner någon i smaken.
