It works for cereal and juice etc. as long as the erythritol is blended to make it powdered beforehand. That is very important! Otherwise it will not dissolve in cold food/liquids. I haven’t tried baking with this, I primarily bought it to use in my coffees in the morning. I tried using it to make simple syrup and it crystallized once it cooled down. You have to add a lot to get it semi sweet as well.
