We purchased a five and zero for a 50th birthday. The numbers were easy to put together and a really cool decoration. The battery pack for the lights on the zero had a missing piece and did not work. I reached out to the company‘s customer service, and they sent replacement lights free of charge. The lights arrived on time for the party, thank you for the great customer service.

Delicate, keep your tape handy. Made a flap with tape to thumb tac it to the wall. The back is hallow. Looks great withouts the weight of wood. When you transport assembled make sure you have plenty of room. Fragile numbers pre assembled takes up a lot of space.

Loved it for my son’s first bday. It was a bit of a pain to glue the entire thing but it worked!

This is great for a party. Have patience putting it together and don't forget the glue gun, you'll need it! We didn't use the stand but overall absolutely love this. For the price, it's definitely worth it! This isn't a piece I'd try reusing or storing necessarily (you can keep and reuse the plastic bulbs though). Loved the youtube tutorial video as well!

Do not waste your money on this flimsy, poorly designed and difficult-to-assemble product. I bought five of these letters for an annual event with the hopes of using them every year, but after assembling a "D", which took two people about an hour and used up an entire hot glue stick, I decided to return the other four letters. The pieces are thin foam board that assemble with a tab-and-insert system that doesn't quite stay together, hence the need to use hot glue or tape. Using the hot glue is not only messy, it also requires you to move fast and get the pieces together before the glue dries. It would have been impossible with just one person. Definitely not worth $20-$25 each on top of the hassle of assembly. The maker of this product needs to go back the drawing board and redesign this with sturdier materials and a better insert/tab system that doesn't require hot glue, or better yet, sell them already assembled.

Easy to put together but you might need a second person to hold pieces while you glue them. End result is awesome!

Otherwise, as the picture shows, you see the marks from the easel, which doesn't looks good. Also, you can see the instruction numbers. Costumers want to make a picture, with these details, it's impossible to bring this to parties
