I take these as part of a HealthWell protocol. They are an excellent quality product and these are in a gel-cap and easy to swallow. I take mine with a meal.

I love, black cumin seed oil
I’ve been using Blackseed oil for a long time, but this product here I really like, the efficacy of this is very good and the value of this is very good. Black cumin seed oil is great for anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antibacterial and so much more.
