So, it's only been 1 day since it's arrival but I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I did 3 hours of work on it last night, have been tinkering on it for about an hour and a half today and it's still at 71% battery. That in itself is awesome but that is by no means the whole picture. The screen is just wonderful with great clarity and colors, fast response times and lightweight to name a few others. I really hope it holds up and continues this performance. I'll touch back and update if it doesn't but so far I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Purchased as a Christmas present, touch screen stopped working mid February, no longer able to turn on by March. Sent away to be repaired, company reports it will take several weeks for POSSIBLE repair. The company claims they cannot do much about Chromebooks and any purchases on Amazon are not able to be returned. This product isn’t impressive or worth the hassle. Still looks brand new but will not work.

I ordered this for my boyfriend for christmas and he loves it ! Been having it for over a year now and it still works amazing!

Has constant problems with WiFi. Really sucks. Update: after a week of constantly losing WiFi and then resting it for a few days, it is working smoothly now. Bizarre, but I'm ready to give it 4 stars. Starting to really like it.

My wife had an old laptop. I used it only and told her we are getting her a new one. I researched and felt a Chromebook was her best choice. Lenovo makes a good product. This Chromebook starts fast, connect with most any website and sync with her phone. Battery life is very good. Screen is bright and the unit is not heavy at all. I would buy again.

This chromebook is advertised as coming with additional cables and accessories. The unit arrived with neither of them. Also had preloaded chrome extensions (?). Amazon suggested the unit be returned for a new one. The replacement unit arrived, again without any cables/accessories. I gave up trying to get them. Functionally this chromebook performance is good. The display is sharp and touchscreen works well. Keyboard has good tactile feel

Screen malfunctioned in 5 months of light usagge, i contacted lenovo warranty and they termed it as physical damage and don't cover in the warranty. I do not recommend.
