This diabolo set is ideal for 6 to 12 year-olds who are just starting out. The set comes complete with Juggle Dream Superglass sticks with a length of string attached. The Jester diabolo has rubber cups smooth lightweight plastic hubs and a metal axle ideal for grinds (every kid's favorite trick). For such a budget price diabolo it's surprisingly well balanced - even at high speeds. This is therefore a great medium sized rubber diabolo suited to handle the rigors of workshop use and great as a first diabolo. It should not be confused with the poorly balanced lightweight plastic diabolos that can bought from toy shops and supermarkets! Juggle Dream Superglass diabolo hand sticks are much more hard-wearing than wooden sticks. They should last a very long time if treated well (of course the string will need changing from time to time). The thin shaft of these handsticks also makes them great for stick grinds. All in all a good pair of handsticks that are suitable for beginners and advanced players alike. The string fixing system is slightly more advanced than the standard hole system. The string passes straight into the top of the handstick and comes out a few centimeters down on one side. This essentially removes the knot from the top of the stick making some new moves possible and others easier. All in all a good pair of handsticks that are suitable for beginners and advanced players alike. The drawstring bag supplied with this set is easily big enough to hold this diabolo set and many other juggling props as well. Plus it has a super-cool and exclusive Firetoys design.
