My fault but I didn't realise these were quite large capsules and unsuitable for a 5 year old to swallow. You can of course open the capsule and drop the powder into yogurt or water, but this was a faff and I was unable to get all the powder out which was wasteful. I recommend was older children who can swallow capsules.

These are good vitamins they are quite big for children so get these if your child finds it easy to swallow . They are easy to swallow with liquid . The pills are best for older children because of shape and size . They are smaller than adult ones and slight thinner too .
