I bought these optimistically doubtful they would be of any benefit. But for 3 bucks, what do I have to lose? I spend more on coffee. I put them in my slippers the first night. I expected them to feel "weird" but they weren't uncomfortable. I've had problems with my feet and what I believe is a neuroma. The next day, my feet felt noticeabley better. I wondered if the inserts really contributed or if I was just having a good foot day. My back felt good too, but I didn't think anything of it. I wore them all day the next day, and by the 3rd day I knew it was the inserts that were making the difference. My neuroma is significantly less painful. My back feels good, but it wasn't that bad to begin with.My vote is that these things help! I bought some for my daughter who is on her feet all day at work. We'll see if she has the same results.

The rubber that these are made of has an awful awful smell. They smell like cat pee in carpet padding - it’s gross!! The smell is so strong I refuse to put them in my shoes! After handling them for a minute, my hands absorbed the odor too - seriously, this is not an exaggeration! I even let them sit outside for a full day and the odor did not weaken at all! I threw them out vs returning them as I didn’t want to handle them any longer than I had too 😂

These shoe inserts smell very offensive. If you put these in your shoe and go to work the whole office will stink.My craft room is 22'x11', this is where I took the stinky things out of the package. I wondered if I just let them sit in the open for a bit maybe they will be OK but that was not the case the whole room reeked with their odor. I now have them in a sealed container with absorbing backing soda, that is my last try and if it doesn't work i'll be forced to return them. Well, I tried the baking soda after washing the inserts and nothing has helped with the offensive order that the material these inserts are made from. So sorry but that is the way it is

In general, I find requests for reviews somewhat premature. I've only been using these inserts for about five days. I bought them primarily because of their claims of helping with low back pain although i am also diabetic. I am quite skeptical about magnets, too. Even so, I feel that in the days I've worn them, my back discomfort is less. While I cannot say that this is not due to other factors or a placebo effect, i am, nevertheless, planning on buying another pair.

Uncomfortable and no change.

I have nerve damage that acts up if I stand on my feet too long. I needed an insole that had some support right under my toes. These help more than I expected, does not hurt my feet and feel they keep the numbness at bay with the pressure points. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because were some of the magnets are, there is an opening at the heel end where the magnet could slip out it eventually. the rest of the magnets are fully surrounded by the material. For the price compared to others though is worth the buy.

These work great for relieving my foot & leg pain. They take some getting used to. I find they hurt for about 30 seconds when I first put my shoes on in the morning, but then that quickly passes. It is very exciting to be able to walk pain free throughout my entire day!! As far as odor, just a little baby powder in my shoe with them the first day took care of it. I love these!!

As soon as I took them out of the box the magnets started falling out I decided to give it a chance and put the magnets back but every time I put them in a different shoe im picking up magnets up off the floor.. Need to feel like you have a little pebbles in your shoe or you’re walking in the sand. Not good for people who have back problems
