Hasta el momento he abierto solo una caña (llevo aproximadamente 20 días con la compra), donde he practicado casi todos los días durante 3 a 4 horas, y a pesar de que algunas veces se me cayó y le he rozado con distintos objetos, la caña sigue intacta y funcionando excelentemente, no tiene signos de agrietamiento en la punta ni de debilidad al momento de tocar. Me gusta mucho el diseño de la nueva caja, y realmente pensé que los nuevos estuches de las cañas de cartón iban a ser demasiado débiles y no protejerian a la caña, pero realmente no; no son tan buenos como los de plástico anteriormente, pero los de cartón no tiene nada que envidiarle y eso me sorprende. Muchos dirán que es una desventajas, pero yo por el contrario es un excelente detalle: las cañas orgánics al parecer son más secas que las anteriores, esto me permite secarlas muchísimo mejor, por lo que disminuye el riesgo enormemente de que aparezcan hongos y/o se arrugen. Cuando las probé, a diferencia del anterior modelo de caña, fue una mejora notable de la calidad de las mismas: los graves suenan fácil, con brillo y cuerpo, y los medios y agudos, tienen firmeza y brillo; estás cualidades son excelentes, me permiten tener un mejor control y una mayor flexibilidad con la embocadura. Totalmente recomendados el modelo Select Jazz Organics

Oh yeah! This box of reeds has helped in creating the sound I've wanted. I'm enjoying both practicing and playing my sax even more.

Last two boxes have been wildly inconsistent. These used to be great, what changed with the new organics?

Got these for my husband who plays alto, tenor, soprano, and baritone sax. For his tenor sax he previously used nonorganic reeds, and using these he said he didn't notice any difference in playability or feel between these D'Addario Organics and the nonorganics. But he estimates that the reed strength is about 0.5 less than Vanduren Blues which is what he used to typically use.

This is a decent set of reeds. They allow for a proper bright tone and pitch control and produce a nice sound. They are very well cut, profiled correctly, and comfortable to use. Each one is individually wrapped inside of the box. I would recommend these reeds and brand to anyone who plays Saxophone.

El sonido es genial y la respuesta a efectos también, solo necesitas domarla para tocar con comodidad el registro bajo, recuerda practicar bastante con tu caña nueva antes de subirte a un escenario o entrar a una cabina de grabación.

Usavo da anni il modello non organic, stessa durezza e taglio. Pensavo di ottenere lo stesso risultato è sensazione d’uso. Invece sorpresa, suonano meglio, più reattive. Scrivo la recensione adesso dopo aver testato 4 confezioni.

ich habe lange zeit mein tenorsaxophon nicht mehr gespielt, hätte eigentlich gerne wieder ein altsax, mit dem ich besser klar komme, die gewohnheit... die neuen blätter waren dann die motivation, mal wieder zu spielen und zu üben, hatte fast vergessen, wieviel spass das macht (fragen sie bitte nicht meine nachbarn;-) ) herkömmliche blätter werden aus französischen schilfrohr, engl. reed, hergestellt, es gibt aber auch kunststoffblätter und mit kunststoffbeschichtete, die länger halten, was ich aber nicht mag. diese sind aus zuckerrohr, das schnell nachwächst und somit nachhaltig ist. von der optik und dem spielfeeling gibt es für mich keinen unterschied. ich habe die weichen geordert, weil ich länger nicht gespielt haben, perfekt für anfänger, fortgeschrittene bevorzugen eher mittlere oder gar die harten blätter. die stärken weichen je nach marke von einander ab. für mich sind die weichen perfekt, sie sind leicht zu spielen. vom klang her können sie für mein empfinden mit den herkömmlichen blättern mithalten, es gibt für mich keinen unterschied. mich können diese zuckerrohrblätter voll überzeugen, sowohl vom spielen als auch von dem nachhaltigen ansatz. ich vergebe die volle punktzahl.
