Very good quality. I am impressed. Have no issues.price was good for it quality. Seems strong and durable.

On initial unpacking I was certainly less than impressed with the provided carrying case. It is a poor fit for the gauge manifold and hoses, seemed to be hurriedly thrown together, and one of the clasps broke when the case tipped over while sitting on a cement floor.However, aside from the initial poor quality of the case, the equipment seems to be much higher quality, was leak tight after easy assembly, and performed well. The gauges are large and relatively easy to read, the manifold valves are smooth and function very well, and the hoses were leak tight. Nice equipment.

Good budget friendly HVAC gauge set. Gave our 1991 Ranger and 1998 Honda CRV a tune up. Both vehicles air now blowing nice cold air. The gauge set worked good and helped assess the state of each system.

It did not have a freon can tap, but I ran and picked up one of those at O'Reilly's, no problem. Very straightforward setup. And it accurately let me confidently diagnose my a/c system issue. Saved me tons of money over having a shop do it. The pressure gauges were dead on, reliable, accurate. And I can't believe I *ever* worked on automotive a/c systems without a set of manifold gauges prior to this. Pleased with this purchase (especially after seeing on some other offerings Amazon's caution: "Frequently returned item." This one did not have that flag. And you know what? They ain't gettin' this one back, neither. Keeping it to work on other vehicles in future and to loan out to my buddies. (Only found out after the fact that O'Reilly's loans them out -- but happy to own my own!). Recommend. Thumbs up.

A first Amazon disappointment. Anyway, throughout the evacuation process, unable to hold a vacuum because of leaks at hose connections. Kept tightening to no avail. The fittings size don't match any r134 hoses. The adapters supplied don't correct this issue. The adapter for refrigerant can does not allow flow. The numbers on the gauges are very small and confusing to read the pressures. I never got that far with job. Had to obtain different set that was able to hold vacuum. Good price for a set that was unusable.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Good structure and simple to use. Could use manual was not included.

Excellent product. Very well made, all components there. Have used it several times, no problem.
