Works great!
This product is cute, compact and convenient. It’s worked well, and the batteries actually last a long time! I’ve had this product over a month and it’s still working great without any battery changes. I recommend it!

Ideal trash can for bathroom, office, bedroom, etc.
This is one of a few iTouchless trash cans we've purchased. It is the ideal size for our bathroom and fits comfortably under our pedestal sink.We bought the SoftStep silver top 3 Gal which has a little extra space vs. the 2.3 Gal ones out there. It does look very nice. We like the slow close and the removal liner bin. The bin and air damper are replaceable which is nice. Our top can stay open if you lift the lid all the way up - easy bag and charcoal filter changes.Thanks.

Arrived without any dents or scratches. White looks beautiful! Pedal works good and lid closes softly. Good purchase.

Unremarkable product. Customer service is friendly but useless
I bought this garbage can after visiting my sister in June. She had one and was obsessed with the automatic lid opener and totally sold me on it. 2 months later she told me, a part in the motor broke and the company would not send a replacement part. They told her she would have to buy the whole lid (which is $40) or replace the whole garbage pail (which is $69).I will add here, as women who are entirely capable of simple repairs and have worked in manufacturing, hearing a customer service rep tell you, they do not have parts for repairs is a little frustrating. She decided to go with a basic trash can without the auto opening feature.Today, our lid stopped operating as well. We tried replacing the batteries. This didn’t work. My husband could hear something moving around inside the lid. He opened it up and found a tiny piece of the motor had broken off. He contacted customer service to get the same information my sister had received. Frustrated, my fiancé logged off the website and called his brother. He began venting about what happened. This is when we found out he had bought the same trash can last year and the same exact thing happened. A piece of the motor snapped but customer service couldn’t do anything. It’s a neat garbage can but not worth it. We’re getting a regular trash can that has consistent performance.
