I received it used and scuffed. There was animal hair all over suitcase and the wheels were clearly dirty as if it had been rolled around for days.

I still did travel with but the size is good it’s super light , the roll ability is very smooth and the price is amazing!

These have been really helpful for my family as we’ve been traveling more often for work or play. I don’t fly so I’m not sure how they’d do with the luggage workers throwing them everywhere, but they’ve held up really well with our uses. The shells keep things from getting direct pressure and breaking valuables, the zippers are sturdy, and they haven’t shown to have taken any real beating so I would say they’re durable. The wheels are smooth and pivot for an easy roll. Overall they’ve been really nice to have!
