good product, not easy to find in this concentration. it would be nice to know whether it is purified or not...i hope so

Good quality at a price
Product arrived on time. It is expensive but these capsules do contain reasonable amounts of EPA and DHA. According to the instructions, you have to take up to 6 capsules a day depending on the level of health benefit that you want to achieve (not seen this anywhere else.). For example, 1 capsule contributes to normal heart function, 2 capsules contribute to normal vision and brain function and 6 capsules contribute to normal blood pressure. Taking the maximum dose, a 120 capsule pack gives you a 20 day supply. There are more effective and cost effective ways of controlling high blood pressure by limiting salt intake and stopping smoking, so I'm going to go with 2 a day.
