I got this lamp on sale for around $10, but even at the $14 price (minimalist model) it would be a great value. Not so much for the $20 models in my opinion. But even then not bad. It is fairly easy to assemble.The shade is very nice. The base is OK, metallic on mine and not a solid bottom, just paper/cloth, but OK. The switch in the cord is near the lamp on mine, so not bad. The light is bright enough and overall, it's hard to beat this lamp for the price. My biggest complaint is that the light bulb changes brightness levels every time you turn it on/off (3 levels). Kind of a dumb way to do it, but at the low price I can live with it. (You could fix this by buying a different bulb with either a fixed level or a smart control).When all is said and done, I am very happy with it and think it is a great value for the price.

This lamp is so cute and easy to assemble. The light is bright enough, but soft. I’ve ordered two and have been very pleased.

I am a therapist and I have this lamp in my office along with two others. The price of the lamp is worth it, I am still using the same bulb from a year. The size is perfect for a table top and does not take up a lot of space. Great quality and look for an office space on a budget. The lamp is easy to use and you have 3 light modes. I didn't have any issues with the light flickering.

This lamp is exactly what I was looking for. Enough light for an end table in my living room with enough light that I can read by it while sitting next to it but also not too much light that it over brightens the room at night when I want to watch television. I've read some reviews that talk about the light being either too bright and some saying it's hardly brighter than a night light. Mine's probably comparable to a 40 watt incandescent bulb. Maybe more, maybe less. Clearly some people received lamps with the switch on the cord near the outlet/plug side. Mine, like most here, was correctly near the lamp itself.More than a few reviews say that the owners are displeased that the lamp shade is wobbly and just rests on the bulb and slides awkwardly on it's own. It took me a minute or two to see what they were talking about when I put mine together. Part of step 1 says "screw off ring from base socket". Step 2 says "Sit shade on the base socket." What's not altogether clear is that the metal frame that supports the shade is on the bottom as opposed to nearly all shades that have a metal frame that attaches to the supporting base structure above the bulb. With this light, with the metal frame slides over the bulb socket (below the bulb's level) you can proceed to the next step. Step 3 says ""Screw the ring on the socket." Here's where that plastic ring that was removed in step 1 gets reinstalled. It locks the metal frame of the shade to the base making a very secure connection that doesn't wobble around at all. The last step is where you screw in the bulb and plug the cord in.It does appear that the bulb is somewhat special in that it's how the lamp changes in temperature from warm white to bright, cool white, and something in between. A couple reviewers their lamps work with any other replacement bulbs and one reviewer said theirs wouldn't work with any other replacement bulb. It looks like an ordinary, normal screw in bulb base to me. I'll probably try to find the correct replacement that works like the original just to see how much that feature adds to the price of the bulb. It's not a "must have" for me but it is nice. My picture doesn't show the texture of the lamp shade. Mine is very similar to what I saw in the pictures. As I said, it's just what I wanted. Here's another tip, if you're considering this lamp, check the advertised dimensions. It's not nearly as big as most normal table lamps. It's bigger than what I'd consider an accent lamp. This is the second one I have ordered. Nice adjustable brightness, 3 settings. It's compact, elegant, and stable. The grass cloth shade stays fresh looking , easy to Swiffer.

I like it, it’s very pretty and the changing lights are really nice

Not very dimmable; 2 warm color settings almost the same & 1 white color setting which is brightest. Works ok in hallway as night light.

It's a perfect 3 way light.

I like the simplicity of the lamp.
