Q: How many CM is the large?

I purchased this hat many years ago for a friend. The only help I can give you is that the large size was too big. The medium fitted perfect. My friend would normally wear a large size. More that that I cannot help.

Q: Did you receive a genuine Campbell Cooper or a Hawkins hat?

I received a Hawkins hat, not Campbell Cooper (purchased it November 2014) - hubby says its a brilliant hat regardless.

Q: what are the sizes in cm please

I purchased this hat for a friends' Birthday some 2 years ago. Sorry but I cannot help you with sizes in cm, however, I did find that the sizes do come up on the large size and I had to change the one I purchased from a large to a medium for my friend. You could try taking a measurement around the head which might give you an idea of the size you need.
