Has decent sound quality. Doesn't have a noise reduction function or a mute function. Perfect for calls though. Comfortable and stays on ear. Plastic microphone feels a little flimsy but it is light weight and holds itself together well. Tested all the touch sensor functions and they all work and fast. No delay. Sweat and water proof according to the packaging. LOVE the case. Its a really nice case and holds the batteries and headset perfectly. Tested while on a call and my microphone was working very well. Batteries charge quickly.

This unit fits good and is comfortable and the two battery units is a nice idea. However, even at maximum volume, you can barely hear the voices on calls.

The best quality headset I’ve had at this price point ever, (former fan of Plantronics, 3-4x above cost now) Lost the first AMINY UFO4L in less than a month, but impressed enough to purchase another unit. One problem(?), unable to shut this model ear-piece off. Only way to power down is to remove the battery, other than that, consider it an above average unit at this price point.

The devise is good . after you fully charge the battery , you have to connect it to your phone by Bluetooth Devices . it is comfortable and stays on your ear even you have a glasses on , it is light weight you want fear it . the sound is cleared and doesn't have a noise reduction , it is no delay.you can connect any side your ear, The microphone was working very well. I like this product and will recommend it to any one to purchase it .

I'll start by stating the obvious, it's priced right. 2nd, its lightweight and often forget I'm wearing it.3rd, here's where the woes begin. It lacks features i.e. individual volume/mute buttons, they're there and very touch sensitive but all built into one button making them Very difficult to use. Not to mention the vague instructions. 4th, call clarity is great on both sides however, volume on user end is LOW in most cases causing me to turn it off and talk without it. 6, build quality is very good. 7, battery life is as advertised, maybe better, not to mention there's actually (2). So my opinion is in this price range AMINY has the best build quality. But some others have better Audio and won't fall apart...I choose the latter.There you have it, a True and Honest Review

I have a yard spotter at work and decided to try these as an inexpensive option for my team to communicate with him through the day, as radio range is limited. This works really well and the charge is more than enough to get through an entire work day.

I bought this to be able to hands free talk while driving a semi for work, but I could barely hear the person on the other end talking, the background noise for them was awful, I couldn’t leave my phone in the cab and walk 15 feet to the back of the trailer before it lost connection, and every time I tried to turn the volume up it was the same button as the power, and if I didn’t time it just right, I ended the call. I sent it back after day one! Awful, awful ear piece for driving!

I bought the headset with dual mics so people could hear me clearly with no background noise. To this end it works great. Also having a back up battery that can be changed quickly is an excellent idea. However the sound quality from the ear piece is the worst of any Bluetooth headset I have ever bought (ok I've only bought six). I could barely hear the caller and the sound was like an AM radio with static. I can not recommend the product at any price.
