As someone who like cold drinks and who lives in a warm climate, I realized my plastic bottles weren't keeping me happy. I had two stainless steel bottles around the house but one was designed for hot coffee and therefore a bit on the small size for someone who wants to fill it with a cold drink and a few cubes of ice. The other bottle was really similar to this only it had a twist off top and the top part was too small to squeeze standard ice cubes in. Took a chance on this one. The mouth is perfect for fitting ice cubes in. I went with the "bite" lid because I kind of get tired of opening and closing the bottle constantly and the straw lid seemed to get mixed reviews. The bite lid, so far, is perfect. I use it all day every day for my water. I have found the bite lid works best if you don't fully extend it, more like pull it up half way. When closed I shook it around and it didn't leak but I probably still wouldn't keep it in say a bag with anything important in it. I was using a slightly larger plastic bottle but find this bottle in this size is great as I don't need to cram as much ice in the bottle to keep it chilled.I have seen some reviews that say the color coating peels off, I haven't had that experience thus far but I have heard of other bigger brand name bottles having the same issue when coated like this one is, so it wouldn't surprise me. Will update when / if I experience it.

Compared to my previous plastic insulated water bottle, this bottle keeps drinks colder for longer. I use it at the gym and recently took it on a trip to Yosemite - the handle is comfortable to hold for extended periods and the water stayed cold for hours despite the air temperature being 90+. It has an air return in the cap which allows you to guzzle water without the bottle creating a vacuum. Biggest issue is the size of the neck which is a little small and can be tricky getting ice cubes in - I like to combine my water and ice in a jug and pour the mixture in, sometimes the ice cubes don't flow in.

What an amazing bottle. I was looking for a bottle that didn't leak or sweat as I am an avid hiker. I've tried other bottles and they worked okay, but they didn't keep ice or leaked every time I bent over so I'd get icy Gatorade up my neck. While certainly refreshing, it wasn't what I wanted or needed.This is handy. It keeps my drinks ultra cold, doesn't leak and doesn't sweat. It has survived its fair share of falls to rocks with only one small dent so far.Highly recommend!

This bottle is perfect! I’ve used it practically every day since it arrived and have easily personalized it with stickers. Keeps ice for upwards of 10-12 hours. I’m so pleased with my purchase! I’ve knocked it a couple times and unlike hydrofl*sks that dent from being looked at wrong, this bottle remains so durable and dent-free!

Bought this bottle to use while biking. The bottle is leakproof and very durable. Keeps water cold for hours and the neck of the bottle is big enough to accept ice cubes.

Best water bottle I've ever gotten! I'll put ice water in it at 10:30 at night, take it with me in the morning to work, and there's still ice in it at 7:30am! The only thing that's frustrating, is the cap that goes over the pull top, is so tight it's hard to pull off. Not a major deal, I just don't push it down all the way.

The diameter of the bottle will not fit in my standard water bottle holder on my bicycle, nor will it fit in my 2015 Chevy Colorado cup holder. Otherwise, it's a good bottle - keeps liquid cold, and the bite valve works great.
