This is a high quality iodine supplement. I ordered this for myself, but didn't take it for very long, but just because I read somewhere that it could cause weight gain, and I don't really need it. I will be passing it along to my mom, though in a couple of months. She says it helps her thyroid.

I can't speak to the long term result but I am in Menopause and want to start the year off giving my old body and organs a little boost and clean up.I ran across these and decided to incorporate it into my detox treatments. I’ve been hearing so much lately about the importance of iodine in the diet. I’m no health expert, so I did some research and realized I may not be getting enough through my diet alone. Saw these for purchase and decided to give them a try.I’m definitely not a lover of swallowing pills. Wasn’t too sure about these, but it did say they were small. And yes, they’re small. See my photo for size reference next to a US quarter. Easy to swallow and I didn’t get the feeling like it didn’t go down all the way. It states to be taken with food, so I ate a little snack afterwards. No stomach issues to report (and it has been hours by now). Very pleased about that.Just one a day. I think I can manage that. Will they be helpful for you? Probably, but do your own research or ask a health care provider to be sure. I’m always looking for ways to make healthy improvements and so I’m happy I came across these iodine supplements.

Necessary element iodine from the ocean. I get a number of my nutrients from Ocean sources like spirulina. So I like the idea that I can get iodine from a source from the sea. Kelp, Dulce and the like are very rich in minerals and I wanted to get that. Keep in mind I am not a healthcare practitioner or doctor trying to recommend or cure anyone of anything here.
