20 year COPD patient. I've owned numerous nebs over this span. Bought this in June 2024. Waited to review. Hands down, the best one. Empties my albuterol reservoir faster than others and is as strong now as first day. No compressor is actually 'quiet, but this is the quietest. Proving my opinion, I am buying another as backup for the inevitable day my current machine dies. (Nothing lasts forever.) Although not the cheapest, it's that good.

Wanted to wait to do a review...mom has been using it since July and it's working fine. Mists great. Never runs hot. Is used every 5 hrs. Not very loud.

Works well, small and convenient

Works well, and is a decent size for travel. If you've ever had a nebulizer before, it's the same noise level. Not too loud, but noticeable. No complaints about how it functions, just wish the industry would come up with a better connector system.

My nebulizer stopped working. I have COPD and I was having problems breathing and I need my treatments four times a day of Albuterol to help keep my airways open and clear. I saw this could be delivered the next day. I've been having problems with it saying next day that I don't get it for 2 or 3 days so I was skeptical but boy was I ever happy and thankful when the nebulizer arrived the next day between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. it literally was a lifesaver! I was able to get on it and start getting my airways open again. I'm so thankful. I mean I only had it for 3 days so time will tell how it will last in the long run. I did not think it was noisy I read several of those complaints. I don't know what kind of nebulizer those folks had before but my old one which was pretty old, was a lot louder than this one. I'm assuming people who never used a nebulizer. It's going to make noise. I thought for a non-portable nebulizer it was extremely quiet. I would recommend to anybody with breathing issues that has to use a nebulizer. It was on sale so the price was good too.

This nebulizer seems to have a slightly "tamer" mist output than others I've tried. Don't know about you, but when I need my albuterol, I want it delivered as quickly and with as much gusto as I can get. In an emergency situation, the slower pace of mist production could, in my view, be life threatening.
