Great taste and love that they are in individual packets for single use. Doesn't upset my stomach and dissolves well after a good shaking. (Make sure your lid is on tight though!) They are a bit expensive, but I like the quality of this brand over some other electrolyte brands.

they were just ok, I am not a fan of this type thing but my sis insisted I get some and drink it for my health so there ya go. I chose the brand that had a variety pack in it so I could see if I liked any of them above the others. I might look for other brands that have variety packs to test out and see if I like them better. So the jury is out at the moment til I do more research.

I bought the packets for portability and I must say these are absolutely delicious! I use my blender bottle to shake it and it always dissolves very easily in water. I usually use 2 packets for 24oz of water and the flavor is perfect. It's never grainy and it is just sweet enough without being cloyingly sweet. Overall, this is a very delicious and convenient hydration option. I am drinking more water, feeling better, and because there are no calories, I feel awesome! I am currently dropping a few pounds and I have a major sweet tooth. Unfortunately, when I indulge the sweet tooth I tend to neglect adequate water intake. With these packets, I am able to satisfy both my hydration needs and sweet tooth at the same time. And since it's in packet format, I can take them everywhere with me. I highly recommend these to people who enjoy a refreshing glass of juice. Because that's pretty much what this is. Healthy juice.

Do not buy. Wish I could leave zero stars. Does not taste well at all. Tastes like chemicals. There is no hint of cherry or lime. Once opened you cant return or exchange, even the single use sticks (I thought it would just be the tub). My fault for not looking deep into the return policy, but I didnt think it could be THAT bad. I couldn't even stomach a bottle to be able to let you know if the product works.

Hydration is 10/10. They’re a little hard to mix and the flavors aren’t as great as I had hoped. Specifically the lemonade was chalky and didn’t mix well. Limeade and blue raspberry have been the standout flavors for me. Not as much sodium as Liquid IV which I’m actually fine with. I think it’s a good balance of minerals. If you’re on Carnivore or Keto diet and needing the electrolytes these are fine.

Great ingredients, low sugar. Tastes great. You get a lot for your money.

I have fixed a tall glass of this every single morning for a few years now. Once in a blue moon, something happens where I don't drink it, and I almost feel like I'm fighting a cold for the rest of the day because of fatigue and headache. It is amazing how well it balances me every day! It provides natural energy with zero caffeine. The lemon berry flavor is delicious. My mom loves the strawberry kiwi flavor. I tell people about this product all the time in hopes to share the good news. Recently, I started adding a scoop (same scoop from an empty container of this) of psyllium husk powder to my glass to support digestion. That has worked well for the past few months. I can't recommend this product enough!!
