It works well. I like the switch on it to change to ratchet for thicker stemmed shrubs. Used it for several hours yesterday to trim back ivy, shrubs, tree sprouts and blackberry bushes. Very nice tool.

My wife and I needed new gardening shears since the button to open them frozen shut; even WD40 wasn't going to open this pair. Our new MEPEREZ pruning shears have done a great job so far with cutting our fruits and vegetables from their vines. The shears have a sharp blade for easier cutting. The handle has a good grip with minimum strength to squeeze. The gardening shears work as design. Would recommend these for others looking for a good pair of shears.

Having just returned another clipper bought on Amazon, this product is a real pleasure to use. The mechanical design transfers all the clipping/pruning force to the blade, with no strain or feedback pressure on my arthritic hands to make clean cuts on branches of considerable diameter. Recommended!

have sharpened these myself. They are so dull they only mash the branches. Not great for bad hands.

Wish I had brought a similar pair years agao, makes trimming the bushes and trees sooo much easier!!

Had some thicker branches I wanted to cut but these 77 yr. old hands didn’t have the strength wth regular pruning shears. I have used these already and wth the ratchet ability I’ve had success. I am pleased

These are not well made. The ratcheting broke after 3 light uses trimming roses. The mechanical parts loosened & the pin fell out in my flowerbed. By spring pruning time, its too late to return them. They are also NOT MADE IN GERMANY.
