easy fit and does the job well
Bought to replace old one which was 12 years old. easy fit and does the job well.

Flimsy, poor design
The vents are very slow to operate. The fixing plate is very flimsy. In an effort to minimise the degree of protrusion from the wall/ceiling, far too much depth has been added to the body of the fan, making it unuseable in restricted space. Adding flexible ducting easily impedes the operation of the vent flaps.

Easy to fit and works well quietly
Easy to fit and works well quietly . be aware that the cable connection at the top is recessed slightly and not a surface fit

Does the job, albeit bit loud
Does the job as it gets a lot of smell out in no time. The fan is quite loud, which may be its secret to success? Not sure why it needs a blue light to indicate its on...The shutters placed on the inside do not complete seal off the unit, a small gap remains around the edges. Its quite unobtrusive as it only sticks out a centimetre from the inside wall.

Vent Axia fan
Its very well built, but quite noisy. It certainly shifts a large volume of air, so I can put up with the noise. The only confusing thing was I thought the automatic shutters were not working properly and was going to return it.I then realised that the shutters don't open until the fan has been spinning for up to 30 seconds and the same to close after its been switched off.
