I recently purchased a house with a large concrete porch with outdoor rugs that were blackened with dirt and mold. I'm thoroughly impressed with its performance. It effectively tackled tough stains from algae, mold, mildew, dirt, and grime on various surfaces. I found it particularly effective on concrete and outdoor rugs. The fact that it can make up to 20 gallons is a definite plus, providing excellent value for money. For optimal results, I recommend using a construction-grade pressure washer or a scrubbing broom. Overall, a highly recommended product for anyone looking to give their outdoor spaces a thorough and efficient clean.

I bought this product to spray my mobile home for spring and winter cleaning. Very easy to use takes off everything such as mold ,dirt and stains. I will buy this product again.

The two bottles arrived quickly and we're packaged together in a fairly sturdy bag, but that bag was packed in a box that needed the air pillows to prevent it from banging around. The box was a little beat up but the contents were just fine.Like many of the other reviewers I noticed a strong bleach smell as soon as I broke the seal on the top of the first bottle. There were low-lying areas outside the garage that were really dirty and had green algae spots that needed something more than just water.  So I put this to the test. Once I diluted the cleaner and added it to the chemical tank on my pressure washer, I went to work.I was pleasantly surprised with the extent of the cleaning. I did have to make a second pass to get some of the green algae dots completely removed, but the grime did come right up. I rinsed down the entire area with clear water once the area was completely clean.I had some of the solution left and decided to try it on the garage floor, however, it turned out to be much less effective inside the garage. It did nothing for stains from the hot tires, or other stains from leaking automobile fluids. To be fair, I had already tried a few other products that were equally ineffective.Overall, it worked fine for my use case which was exterior concrete with lots of dirt and grime and algae growth. That said, I'm not sure that it's any better than less expensive options. It would be nice if they would list what ingredients are in it other than the obvious one which is bleach.

Don't get it on your clothes it will ruin them. Mix according to instructions andf it performs very well.

We have a garden fountain that was in dire need of cleaning due to months of algae buildup. This cleaner comes concentrated, so after diluting it with water, I blasted the fountain with my pressure washer at low speed. Then I waited about 10-15 minutes for the solution to absorb before rinsing everything off at high speed. It worked, got rid of all the algae spots!
