Not bad for the price.
What you see is what you get, there's nothing wrong with him, the detail and colour are good, but you can get nicer Todoroki figures for a few dollars more since he's such a popular character. But if you're on a budget, or you're like me and buy multiple figures of your favourite characters, he's worth it for the price.
