Always buy this brand as very sturdy and comfortable to hold. You can shorten the lead by holding the middle, just above the coiled/bungee. My dog doesn’t pull but did as a puppy and found this lead to be the best for training with. This is the 3rd one I’ve bought. She grew out of the first collar with this brand. The lead got worn and chewed by another dog. The 2nd , the clasp broke but we used it several times a day . Our dog is 9 1/2 so only to be expected. Still happy with the lead and comes up nice when washed. Collar isn’t so easy to wash but still prefer this brand above others.

Very good lead, strong and durable. Only needed a new one because it was dropped on a walk. The length is good and the shock section retained its elasticity.

This bungee lead is very well made and feels strong, so I feel it was a good buy. It feels really comfy to hold, with a squidgy hand loop. The bungee isn't so stretchy that he might run into traffic, but it is a bit too stretchy to stop my 5 - 6 month old puppy German Shepherd weaving sideways. This weaving means the bungee is on constant stretch in out in out, meaning I have to hold the lead correctly, with one hand on the handle and the other part further down the lead, this isn't too easy, as mine is a shortish length lead and my fingers end up in the bungee gathering! It did initially take some strain out of my limbs and back, but now my dogs being a bit naughtier, it is giving me aches wrestling the dog and the lead! I recommend it for dogs that hardly ever weave sideways.

***Update: Since my initial review I have found that the springy lead needs a part on it which I could grip it, below where the hand loop is. When I have to pull my dog back, it is very effective, but .I sometimes lose a grip on the lead. My hand slips down the fabric. I feel the lead could have some adjustments made to it, then it would be absolutely perfect. There needs to be a grip section near to the hand held part. The loop at the bottom of the lead next to where the collar is attached, could be made a little further up the lead. I have to stretch down to grab that part, which is a bit fiddly. The lead is the longest one that EzyDog do for this item, but I feel it could be longer. It seems that the lead is too short for the springy part. It would work better if the lead was longer If I have to suddenly pull my dog back,the lead provides no real grip, as in my hands slip on it. I have found that EzyDog do an extension for the lead, so I will buy that, which is yet another £20. iI have bought many leads over the years for my dogs, some being very expensive. This EzyDog Zero Shock Dog Lead, is the best one that I have ever purchased. My youngest dog pulls a lot, despite my best efforts to train her not too ! Due to the design of this lead, when she pulls, it makes it so much easier to control her, and the impact therefore on my arm is far less too.. I find it enjoyable to walk her now. I use the lead with the collar and harness that EzyDog make too. They look great as well as being very sturdy.

The media could not be loaded.  So far very happy with lead.Have an over excitable lab who can take a bit of time when going out walking to calm down.I’ve had difficulty before with her pulling in all directions and it’s caused pain in elbows and shoulders.Since changing to this lead it’s definitely helped with that and she seems to calm quicker as she is dealing with pulling against that extra tension from the bungee.Nice comfortable lead in hand also.

Es una correa bastante buena y segura, excelente para los tirones la única pega que le puedo poner es que esperaba fuera un poco más larga.
