Was a little apprehensive of applying a gasket that was strait onto a curved circular surface. Not a problem went on with ease.

Pretty amazing! I damaged the original gasket on my Kamado Joe while brushing the grates.(probably not too bad but in reality they seemed.thin and I wanted to replace them). The replacements arrived quickly. In addition to the gasket material for the lid, the kit also came with a new chimney gasket. The gaskets went on easily once the old ones were sufficiently t removed. What is so great is.the difference in the amount of smoke that leaks out of the lid, NONE!! These gaskets are considerably thicker than the stock ones which requires adjusting the lid. Once that's done the results are incredible. I highly recommend this kit for any ceramic grill owner.

Superior product! 12 foot enough for top and bottom (21” diameter). I have a 10 year old Kamodo Joe. I started by removing all insides. Soak felt in a liberal amount of acetone. Remove all you can. Scrape the rest off with spackling blade. More acetone! Then use orbital sander (320 grit paper), lots. Then clean with acetone until paper towel is free of dirt. When applying new felt work slowly and press firmly around take care to insure no gaps. Also stagger the seams. Going strong for 30 days now.

I have used this brand of replacement seal before on multiple grills. Whereas the original KJ seal lasted less than 1-year (of fairly heavy grill use), my first replacement seals lasted close to 3-years. That is good enough for me. I recommend.

Gasket does not adhere at all, not sticky at all to the touch. I cleaned my Akamai with a wire brush, scraper, and 150 grit sandpaper to expose clean surface just to find out that it does not “stick”. Since I’ve opened it up already and cut to size, I need to buy a high temp glue - very disappointed!

Easy to use. Perfect fit to do Chimey, Top, and Bottom sections of Kamado Joe Classic. Enough left over to do chimey again.

I just put it on a few weeks ago. We will see in a few months how good it is.

I only replaced one of the three gaskets needed for my ceramic grill. the process to change it was straight forward and it working very well!

Great gasket replacement for Kamado Joe grill. Looks better the the orginal that came with the grill. Easy to install, I highly recommand this product.

Good gasket but was little too short for my smoker. Had to cut another piece to fit

Application was easy. Make sure to prep the surface well and it will stick without peeling up. I bought another brand from Amazon previously and it lasted less than a year. I purchased this one for a few dollars more with additional claims of heat resistance. After my first high temp cook, it’s condition looks similar to the cheaper one. If you are only doing cooks less than 500F this one is likely fine for you.
