Premium Lions Mane Supplement

I definitely like these! I find the days that I do take it, I feel clearer minded and like life is a little easier. Love help from mushrooms! I think these are good quality and all the better since its the caps, not just tidbits.

Never in my life did I think that I'd spend HOURS researching mushroom supplements!!! After hearing all they hype about how good mushroom supplements can be for you, I was ready to dive in with a quick purchase of an $11.00 bottle that I saw. I'm glad that I did the research! Turns out, most mushroom capsules, are just ground up mushroom, and they are processed in a way that literally provides zero benefit. I learned that you must look for brands with the "extract" and the "fruiting bodies". Other brands were up to $80.00 and I was about to hop off of the mushroom supplement train, until I scrolled and found these! These have all of the wonderful things that a good supplement should have, and at a fraction of the cost! I find that as I try to incorporate healthier things into my lifestyle, I have to do the math to see if paying for all of these healthy things is sustainable in a realistic monthly budget...These fit the bill! I have only been taking them for a few days, but I can definitely tell that I am able to focus more in my home office (where I have plenty of distractions) and I have had zero side effects from them! Super excited to be able to add these to my daily regimen!! (Serving size is two capsules, and they are not too big. Quarter in photo for size reference!)

I've heard great things but still need a Dr clearance. Should have gotten the 500 MG instead of 1000mg
