This is a great camera but there is no customer service
I bought one of these security cameras and have been trying to get this camera configured and to record. I can manual record to the path I selected but the recording from motion alarm records into la la land. This is a great camera but there is no customer service, it states a 3 year warranty but no place to go for warranty repair or get help or even register the camera. The web site is non existent. The manual has no contact information and for an English speaking person very confusing. I can't get in touch with the seller for help. My personal advice is to look for a different manufactured camera with similar capabilities with support and a real warranty, because if you can't get help to make your camera work the way it has been described than you have a useless camera.

Great camera for the price!
I took a chance on this camera hoping to find a cheaper alternative to some of the other expensive models. I was very excited to try the 30x zoom and it did not disappoint. The camera works extremely well and appears to be well built. I am using an Amcrest NVR recorder with this camera without issue.I am planning to run my entire system via PoE so I used a 12v PoE splitter and it is working well for the camera. The camera says it is 3 amp but the splitter only supports up to 2 amp, but so far so good. It would be nice if the camera supported PoE directly as it costs another $8 to buy a splitter for it. This is the main reason I'm giving it 4 stars. The image quality appears to be good and the night vision seems to work well. There's a few strange image defects when panning around when there's some glare in the view, which I attribute to defects in the video compression. They fade away once you stop panning though. The only irritating part was that the camera comes pre-configured with a static IP address instead of DHCP, so you have to log into the camera directly and change it over to DHCP. Once on DHCP, you can configure it with your network/NVR correctly and begin using it. I would expect most people would be assigning static IP's via their DHCP server instead of attempting to use static IP's on each individual camera.I have not installed this outside yet, just inside for the moment, so I'll hopefully provide further feedback in the future on how it has survived the elements.UPDATE - 2019-04-21:I have had this camera up outside on the west corner of my home where it receives all the weather for a year now. It went through the Ohio winter like a champ, never failing. No matter how cold, it worked perfectly. I used it every night when we let the dog out to watch the dog so I don't have to go out into the snow.Very impressed with Inesun cameras, these things are a great value camera!

Doesn’t last long
I bought this exact camera on EBay. I’ve had it for a year, and it has gone downhill steadily. First the zoom function stopped working, while zoomed in, so I haven’t had a wide angle image for months. Now the auto focus no longer works, and can’t focus enough manually to get a clear image. Worthless now. Tried factory reset a hundred times, no luck. No info, firmware updates online for it anywhere.

Lack of support just like most of these products.
The camera is OK.Unfortunately the firmware has a lot of bugs.Camera will not save the time settings and keeps going back to defaults.I have 2 cameras and they both have the same problem.Looked everywhere, no support.

I Need Help
The On Screen Display (OSD) is giving trouble. The manual said that preset 95 would open the OSD. That doesn't work and no matter what preset you enter you will not get into the main menu. So you can only work with the presets that you can enter and not customize the camera to your specific needs.

Buggy for me.
Camera, while having a great picture, was erratic in operation and not ready for prime time on my network. It has potential, but not there yet on my network and nvr (Amcrest).
