Makes good cup tea and keep it warm for ages

Temp gauge stopped working on the same day product was delivered

Looks good and keeps drinjs warm, However poor design as it leaves half a cup of fluid which because of the design cannot be poured and if you tip it to much leakes averywhere

Nice teapot ?………holds just enough for two mugs……stays hot enough if drunk soon enough……but doesn’t hold its heat for an hour ….just warm enough disappointed….peacocks amazing

Removal of strainer is a negative as it’s hot and has to be unscrewed as part of lid, not easy compared to other pots.Insulation adequate to kee hot for up to 30 minutes.

There are just so many faults. Temp gauge broke within 7 days and was hugely inaccurate anyway. Diffuser jams in position and difficult to remove. Removing diffuser jams up the pouring mechanism, which is unreliable anyway. Evidently this product has not been tested by manufacturer.

I received it yesterday. This morning. I used it to for my Tea. However, there is no instruction in English for use and cleaning the lid as it has LED light. Please can you please forward instruction in English.
