okay well it came in a very small package and when opened it sprung to life as it is memory foam it is not as big as the picture but they loved it as itwas a christmas present

Waste of time !
Instantly decided to return as this is not fit for purpose, the photos are extremely misleading and I'm annoyed this took a while to be delivered, now as a disabled person I have to go out of my way to return this. Overall crap don't waste your money or time buying this overpriced misleading item! Would give no stars if possible.

Size
I bought this thinking it was large and cover all my back with a head rest, as in the picture with the lady using it. But was disappointed when it arrived as half the size. The head rest comes half way up my back so I think this was misleading, if I’d known this wouldn’t have bought. Ok for a baby

Made in China Large is a total joke
This is not something that can be used by normal sized people and to advertise it as large is very misleading - it is not big enough to put onto an office chair let alone a settee as described in the pictures. too cumbersome to return so will just have to chuck it away
