i bought this bag for my daughter for christmas she has used it since jan 2 2019, and i have already had to sew the strap back on and now the zipper broke. i am unable to return it or get in contact with the seller.. i would not recommend this bag. It apparently is not able to handle a folder and a couple of notebooks. very dissatisfied with the quality of this bag,

Cute but didn’t come with the heart : /Update: the strap broke after the first or second use, it can be sewn back on but obviously it wasn’t that durable

Purchased this for my granddaughter who is 10 - going on a long trip and thought she could pack with all her fun stuff for the flight and use the backpack as a pillow - it is so soft. Great buy for the money!

My daughter LOVED it!! Also came with the black heart and a mini stitch keychain gift she LOVED everything!! Absolutely satisfied with backpack and size is perfect fits all her school supplies!

Large backpack. Fluffy (teddy bear) fabric. Bought for my 8 year old for school, she doesn’t carry much as she’s young but after a couple of months of use the lining has come apart inside and gets stuck in the zip, the strap has broken and had to be repaired and the key ring broke off within the first two weeks. Bit disappointing as it wasn’t the cheapest bag I could have bought her.
