I use mustard in several recipes and sauces, used to buy a small tin from a supermarket, this is far more economic and same quality.

Great flavour
Great flavour and will be good value as it is a large tin. However, the mustard powder spills out when opening the tin, so you need to be careful. In fact, the box in which it arrived had mustard powder in it because the top doesn’t close properly.
