Pillow Quality
Upon receiving noted to be quite heavy. Fluffed up in dryer w/no heat and dryer sheet to freshen up. Very thick approx 3 lbs of fill. Extra fill pack included outside pillow. To my preference too much fill, I removed 1/2 the fill approx 1.5 lbs. Now very nice for sleeping. Outer cover nice, inside zippered cover nice as well. Good value and quality for the price.

This was definitely a great purchase. Got it on sale and it’s perfect. Soft and also mid firm. Once unpacked, give it time to expand. They also come with more filler if you want your pillows to be firmer.

These pillows work great, you can take out or add stuffing. There is alot of it and you have to store whatever you take out incase you want to add more later. Love that I can take pillow case off to wash, not a fan of how long these are.

Great pillow, but support lacking
I got the pillow and let it and the extra packing air our for 2 days. Then after sleeping on it for 2 days, I added the extra filling to make it more firm, and ended up using all the foam. then after a couple more days, I needed to add more foam to make it a little more firm, so I contacted the manufacture about getting more foam, and I was told that they do not have separate filling available in stock, but they did offer me a 30% refund, which I took, but I really would like more foam, but it's still useable as is, just wished I could get more foam.

VERY full pillows
When I got them they were vacuum package and looked small. But after 24hrs these pillows are THICK. They even come with some more foam if you still think you need more! We have used them for a few months and haven't flattened out.

I was surprised
I ended up buying these on an Amazon prime deal (still on sale after a week). I opened the box, let it expand then put a pillowcase on. The firmness was present, the cooling was there, and it lasted all night at the same flatness. I'm very happy with these pillows
