UPDATE: This review is specifically for April, who has been extremely helpful in supporting us. The steamer did broke down after 3 month of use, but April has kindly sent us another one without extra charge. She is also extremely responsive and follow the issue closely. She's doing an excellent job and I'd def do business with her again!I read all the reviews but still decided to give it a try. The steamer arrived well. The packaging showed care. Using it for the first time today and it was working fine. Heat up fast. I would come back in a month to report on durability.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Half a year later, my steamer suddenly died in the middle of a steaming session. It just went black with plenty water in the tank. Then I smelled a really awful burned smell that indicated it was short-circuited. For a product that’s $100, you’d expect it last longer than 6 months. I loved it when it was functional but now it has to go into the garbage can.

the product exceeded my expectations for the price that I paid. We use it almost every morning and it’s so convenient. Easy to clean and steam fast. I would like thank the product services team for their wonderful customer services. They respond quickly and offered solutions that best fits my needs. I had already bought a second one for my mom.

The media could not be loaded. Update Dec 7, 2024: Vender sent a replacement unit after communicating a few times. I haven’t try it out yet, but feel very satisfied with their customer service.——————————-Steamer overheated on second use and totally failed on third use. Showed E3 overheating error which simply will not reset no matter what I do, waiting 15 minutes or unplugged overnight… never seen something as crappie as this one!

I have to say at the very beginning it was a good steamer for me to prepare breakfast for my family I used it daily, however, after 2 months, it broke, and I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon customer service and they changed a new one for me. after 6 months, the new one died. I will never contact them anymore and I bought another brand. The design is good and that is the most important reason I selected it, however, the terrible quality is the critical reason let me give it up. if I have to give it a star, it is for the design.

As I was looking for a Electric food steamer that suits my need, I found this one at a fair price and has all the function and features that I was looking for. I was so excited to have my first electric steamer and looking forward to this product, and I bought the whole set including the add-on steam rack, the steaming pots. The Steam pots were too big to use without the add-on level, which I wont be able to steam food and make soup at the same time as i have planned . So I had to return them on the same day.Now to the Steamer itself. Works great until it doesn't. - It worked perfectly for the first three uses. met my expectation on an electric steamer. Until the fourth use, There was this horrible burning rubber smell coming from the control knob, I can even see smoke coming out from knob when I go check on it. I turned it off immediately and unplug it from the wall. I checked the food in the steamer, they all smell like rubber I had to throw them out. I had to remake dinner so I let the steamer on the counter to cool down.When I check back on it after dinner to give it an other try. Same thing happen again, Rubber smelling smoke coming from the knob. Then I know I need to return this item.TO MANUFACTURE: the idea is great please do better on the safety and quality.

This steamer is beautiful, matches my kitchen, very easy to follow the setup instructions for 1st time use. It’s a breeze for me to defrost the frozen meat before cooking! I set the timer before I go for a nap before dinner, and it's well-done after I wake up, love how it keeps all the nutrients for steaming veggies.
