I purchased this item in 26 June 2024.Thr product has not even Completed 1 year and it started giving issues. The clean water tank inside part area broke. It's said 2 years warranty so how should I contact The seller to sort this issue out.

Pros:- Wet and dry cleaning- Nice self-clean routine- Rolling brush helps to move the vacuum forward- Battery is enoughCons:- It’s a bit heavy- Because of the low-motor layout it’s not so capable at cleaning below the furnitureOverall: I’ve bought H12 Core for myself and H12 for my mother, we really like it

This worked well for about a month, I was prepared to give it a glowing review and then it completely stopped charging. Prior to it doing this, it kept giving me an error about the water tank and I was following all instructions to a T. I contacted aftersales service who want me to bring the entire unit to a service centre (for a different company) that would require a 3 plus hour round trip to drop off and then 3 plus hours to collect if and when it is repaired. Completely unreasonable and I wish I spent my money on a different brand that is more established here.

It is not a replacement for vacuum cleaner as the product is mainly focus on wet and dry. It can be used on daily basis to maintain the cleanliness of your floor. Not preferred to clean very dirty rooms. Battery is well enough to clean a normal 2 BH. Cleaning, charging all very easy.

Its OK but I wouldn't buy again. Less than 1 year it started not charging. Not worth the price tag

the device leaks after barely a year! they won't refund or replace it even though it has a 2-year warranty. VERY DISAPPOINTING

It's really useful and reliableI got it with a very good deal 👌But I feel it's a bit expensive with the original price 😁But it's a really amazing product 👍
