Sent as d image shown. It's a good heavy watch, worth all d money. Again d same complaint, d box should hv been worth gifting.

Looks cheap,The key is so tight that the hands can't be adjusted.And also watch refuses to get started.

It was faulty. The minute hand (kanta)was loose. The watch was not working. Received the faulty item. The courier boy picked it and didn't update in your system. Now I will file this complaint to cyber crime department.
