Taylor of Old Bond Street Dopobarba Eton College 100ml

Classic scent, I have worn this for years. It is my everyday scent. I also use Taylor of Old Bond Street shaving cream, excellent pairing.

First off, this was an amazing sale price (Black Friday), so I didn't hesitate trying. I regularly use Taylor of OBS shaving cream, aftershave and aftershave balm. With the exception of the almond shaving cream (that made my stomach growl while shaving) I have had no issues with any of the products. This is an aftershaves are not colognes and as such I don't expect the fragrance to have a great deal of staying power for the day. The Eaton scent is pleasant and fresh. With most of the European brands, I think you can judge how long the fragrance of a men's product will last by the way it is named. Aftershave (very short), Eau de toilette (a few hours), Colognes (most of the day). By the way, I'm not kidding on the Almond scented shaving cream, it smells great, but so much like Frangipane that I would start craving a bear claw while I was shaving!

Pricey but smells good and closes the poors after shaving like its supposed to. I subtracted a star foe the price.

This is the perfect companion to the Eton College shaving cream. Very clean scent and good feel.

My favorite Taylor of Old Bond Street shaving cream is still their Sandalwood, but Eton College is a close second, although I also LOVE their West Indies Lime shaving cream. The only way I can think to describe Eton College is that it is "clean" and "fresh" smelling. I didn't think it was lasting very long, but I did receive a compliment on it recently from a female friend of mine who smiled and said, "Hmmm... you smell nice." So it's not overpowering, but apparently enough of it lingers on the skin to be detected hours later when standing close to someone. Try it. I think you'll like it.,,,

This is a classical and masculine scent appropriate for any occasion , very clean and noticeable for the discernible lack of over powerful fragrances, frequently purchased over the years, subtle and elegant.

I bought the shaving soap/cream a few months ago and loved the scent so decided to also get the aftershave. This stuff smells just like the shaving soap/cream. It's not overpowering and has a pleasant scent that lasts for awhile. It, like the shaving cream, has a fresh citrus scent that is somewhat muted by a nice powdery scent (so it's not a full on citrus blast). Smell very sophisticated - assuming a scent can be sophisticated. I like that the scent is not super strong....it's not a cologne. But it does last for a number of hours. While it is on the expensive side for an aftershave, I think it's worth it as it does complement the shaving cream. I would certainly buy again.

I had high hopes of replacing penhaligons aftershave splash with this but alas it is not the same category of product. This is much more a perfume than an aftershave. A single droplet overpowers with intense scent. To be useful as an aftershave, there needs to be less perfume.

Mi piace la crema da barba ed ho preso anche il dopobarba, ottimo e ad un prezzo ragionevole. Ovviamente deve piacere l'agrumato, ma se conoscete la crema da barba andate sul sicuro.

Two stars because there is a hint of perfume. I read some reviews and thought it would be a good investment but alas , i was disappointed. There is a hint of smell but does not last longer. I would not recommend this product for the price you are paying for. Dont trust the reviews who give 4 or 5 stars, seemed there are farmed :-)

J'aurais apprécié un parfum un peu plus soutenu pour le prix, même s'il s'agit d'un après-rasage.
