Great Product- Runs well no mess
Great Humidifier We got the black one looks great, works wonderful, it has taken care of a few issues we had due to dry air. Would definitely recommend. They also have great customer service

It makes noise definitely not quiet.
Very difficult to clean various parts can not be reached. Get more bacteria growths that others I've had. Sturdy material

Warning--cannot buy the ceramic filter replacement anywhere!
This company is located in China and has no customer service dept. accessible to Americans. I cannot find the replacement filters anywhere; so I could only use this for one season. Otherwise, it's a pretty nice humidifier. My son did not like the bright light on it, though.

Don't buy it
After a year of use and cleaned frequently it doesn't work. The worst thing ...... it has a 12 month warranty and we bought it exactly 13 months ago. A waist of money!
