Diffuser isn't working
I ordered five diffusers and the light bulb of three of them aren't functioning.

Good diffuser
The design is quite appealing, and the diffuser is made of quality ceramic material.

Effective but had some technical prob.
This diffuser functions properly but there are some problems to be corrected.The bulb temp. is quite high and if we don't switch off in 1-2 hrs, it may fuse.My spare bulb was also fused already. Also there was no specification on bulb.Some guidelines can be given.It should not be used continuously for long hours as the ceramic body heats a lot and bulb may fuse. The bulb used is a 20Watt 230 volt bulb. Luckily it is easily available in local market.PACKAGING mistake - The scent oil bottle (lavender) was not packed properly. The cap broke and oil leaked.

Lamp is in good condition but the LED inside of it is in fused condition. Send me a fresh one.
Send me a fresh LED for the diffuser lamp, don't intend the return the lamp, just requesting to received a new LED that is not defective and in working condition.

Good Product Quality
It is just soo good! Really high quality finishing and also essential oils given are very stuble ans not overwelming! Definitely going to tell about it to my near and dear to get one, or rather even gift many of them from my end! Essential oils too are very pleasant and calming to smell, going to buy them again and try other variants . And what a beautiful showpiece it looks for any room and office!!.Thanks wonder monk 🙏
