Returning customer!
I have one of the original monument grills and had great success. So why not stick with a brand I trust! This guy is packed with features I’m still learning the grill and setting plan to update the review periodically over my ownership for tips and tricks and over all follow up!Packaging came nicely packed in two very large boxes. Easy to handle be sure to have a partner setting the top piece on the frame!I’ll post more pictures as well!

Digital temperature gauge fails
....consistently leaving you temperature blind.. this doesn't matter for everyday cooking but annoying and not acceptable for the price. There should have been an analogue back up built in. Support is OK but resistant and so I gave up trying to resolve after 3rd instance of the issue.

The upper grill back weather is open to the weather
Except for the grill back being open to weather and the wiring not being clearly marked the rest of the assembly went smoothly and appears to be a well built grill. A user guide would be nice as well

Cough rust after few months
Bought this grill in May and now is September and my grill has rust on it already. It appears this brand is low quality and after few years it looks like I will have to replace it with a new one.

Solid product, Good build quality, small damage and wrong part
It was a bit of a concern when Monument Grills split the accessories (even the "included" rotisserie) and the grill delivery and showed it as delivered 10 days before the actual grill was delivered. However, the grill is well made and all parts lined up better than most. The base plate for the grill was dented, clearly before it was packed as the boxes were not damaged. As it was the first part needed to assemble the grill, I opted to to bend it back rather than return it, and it is barely noticeable. The biggest issue I had (likely because of the split delivery) was that they sent me a rotisserie with an 850mm spit bar, which is 200mm shorter than the width of the Denali D605. Lots of red-tape (pictures, forms, etc...) to get this rectified.

You grill doesn't have to be smart!!!!
I made the mistake of thinking it'll be cool to have a smart grill, but boy was i wrong. I'm stuck with this now and i want folks to consider these before getting in to this grill.First off, the grill itself is nice looking, cooks well, heats up fast and i especially like the cast iron grates. heat appears to be evenly distributed. even pieces i place in the corners seem to get cooked well. i have nothing against the cooking ability of this thing. and it looks beautiful in my patio.i primarily went for this for it's smart abilities because i thought i'd be able to go about my work while the grill cooks and alerts me when the correct temperature is reached. but, the bluetooth range SUCKS. i can't move 10 ft away from the grill before the app starts getting disconnected from the grill. And even worse - the power supply is a 4 AA battery unit and it drains the battery fast. the battery has died every 7-10 days and it always happens during a cook. and when that happens the whole smart unit dies and there's no way to tell the temperature. they should've made it with a plug so it can be connected to an outlet. And lastly, the glass seemed like a nice idea, but it gets dirty quick. you will need to clean it regularly, or the grill starts looking dirty.i'm trying to work out a solution with their customer service. they're polite and responsive so that's a plus.Right now to me, the smart unit is totally unusable. i'm relying on manual thermometers to tell the temperature. to anyone looking i'd say WALK AWAY. go to their page and look up the regular 6 burner grill with the side burner which is $300 cheaper. and by a smart thermometer separately for $25 bucks if you need it. this will do pretty much the same thing. I wish I went for their other model with the side sear burner instead.UPDATE:::: i may have found a solution for the battery drain problem - there's a fake battery. they're called battery replacement adapters. you can find some options in amazon. i bought one which allows me to put some fake batteries in to the battery compartment, and one of those batteries has a wire that you can plug in to a wall socket. now i have permanent batteries powering the grill.
