This stuff (as well as the powder packets) has been key to my hydration journey!For whatever reason, I rarely get thirsty, so drinking enough water/fluids has always been a challenge. This flavor tastes great, and while I know it's not as good for me as plain water, it is far better for me than drinking no water at all 😉
