From the Publisher Review: Sound advise, recommendations, and tools - Great for any grief - gave to my friend who lost her husband, and it has really helped her understand all that she is going through and that it's normal. Review: A Comprehensive interactive journey to healing the body, mind and spirit - First, I extend gratitude to Anna Darbonne, PsyD for providing us an "Advanced Reader Copy" for review as we sojourn together through the grief sharing process. The Grief Workbook is a well thought out compilation of all critical areas the griever will experience and necessary to explore with authenticity to begin the healing process. Anna provides you the means to understand grief (while yours is your own - no 2 people grieve the same) The griever and/or educator will find value in doing the work necessary to process grief and a means to find their way back when giving yourself grace, time, love and support through people who will build you up. Anna emphasizes if professional support is needed - DO REACH OUT. Yes, grief is an unwelcome visitor in our lives but we can be assured it will find its' way to us or our loved ones at some point in our lives. Anna has provided the tools necessary to do the work. The work is personal, intimate and revealing. I encourage each reader to be authentic as you explore each of the pages. I liked how Anna breaks down in simplicity the weight of YOUR OWN STORY, holding the weight of grief and provides the many descriptives sometimes we often cannot put into our own words. The anatomy diagrams are most helpful as we often discount the physical body because the emotion is internalized yet the power of the body mind connection is powerful.

Grief? Start healing..
I am just in the beginning of the workbook. Part 1 is more so reading part 2 is self work. I am reading and working both parts but I have a lot more until I finish. I have been hit with devastating grief, over and over and each time it hurts just as deep in different ways. I have tried to get it out to therapist but I feel like I can help myself out More then they could bc it's overwhelming.. my life is a lot like a lifetime movie mixed with trauma, true crime, sad and comedy bc I do keep good spirits the best as I can. But if anyone wants to do some self work, struggling with grief (losing a partner, sibling, parent, child, baby's dad, multiple friends and pets.. I've experienced grief in my lifestyle bc it's any big loss. I'm just going to say buy or rent this, do the work and dig deep. Let it out even if you burn it later. Don't bottle it up.

Best book - sold 2 More
This book is amazing. I’m grieving the loss of my 26 year old son and my father (deaths were 33 days apart). The grief is intense, life-altering, and yet - I still have to work, keep my home, take care of 3 pets, and love my daughter. And I do - all of it, but it is work. Solid work. This book recognizes this and reaffirms that each journey is unique. It’s hard not to belong when they are so inclusive! ❤️
