Tengo una flanera que me regalo mi madre, ya tiene muchos años y ya no existe la marca, y el molde donde se coloca el preparado del flan se perdió, Busque por mucho tiempo uno que lo sustituyera sin éxito, hasta que encontré estos excelentes moldes. Se puede quemar el azúcar sin problema y queda perfecto en mi flanera. es de buen material, lo recomiendo ampliamente, volvería a comprarlos sin ningun problema. Llegaron en tiempo y forma.

Yes these fat daddio cake tins are pricey but they are professional quality, not the flimsy ones that rust after first cleaning, they are anodised aluminium and really thick aluminium.

These cake pans are well made and perfect to size. I used cake liners (sides and bottom) and the cakes came put perfectly. I would expect the same if spraying the pans. Best cake pans I've owned!

My favourite brand of bakeware doesn’t make 8 X 2 round cake pans so after purchasing several brands and being disappointed by the longevity and quality I decided to try Fat Daddio bake pans. I am glad I did. They are well made, clean up easily and most importantly bake evenly. With proper care, these cake pans will last forever.
