Well designed product
The ladder is light and strong and I believe the colors will make it easy to find in case there is smoke in the room. Its caribeaner clips attach easily to my bedframe which is near my window.

Lightweight & sturdy
I use this ladder access the inside of water Towers that don't already have interior ladders installed. It's lightweight, sturdy and easy to work with.

Broke first use
Used this product one time, and it broke at the 3rd step down. Don’t know if this was just the unlucky manufacturing defect or if the entire ladder manufacturing and QA processes aren’t adequate.Note: I weigh 150lbs.
