I take adrenal support daily and this is an addition to feed the adrenals, it seems to be very beneficial for me. I would love to reorder but I am unable to find it on Amazon, so far anyway!

This review might be particularly pertinent to people with autoimmune conditions. I have got these with hopes of lowering my blood cortisol level. I had a blood test that was high right before I started these. I took them for two weeks and I started to get autoimmune hives back. This did not give me hives, it was a condition that I have struggled with for years. Turns out I can either have hives or high cortisol. My high levels were suppressing my immune system which in turn was keeping the autoimmune condition at bay. So it seems that they did work- along with ginseng and maca, my am cortisol levels did come down in 2 weeks time from abnormally high to just high normal. However, this was not a herbal remedy I could continue to take.I had no issues taking this supplement and I have no side effects that were from it.
