Garnier Fructis Strengthening Treat 1 Minute Hair Mask with Banana Extract, 3.4 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)

It says banana, you definitely get banana. It's a ripe banana too. I appreciate the ingredients in this, and the fact that I don't have to wear it for 12 hours or so. It's interesting that it can be used as a mask, a conditioner you can rinse out, and also a leave in conditioner. Not sure how it works, but I did get the best results using it as a leave in conditioner. SUUPER SOFT hair!!! I used it twice as just a conditioner and rinsed it out, and then once left it in for 5 minutes and rinsed, and there was no difference for me either way. It can be massaged into the scalp, and rinses out pretty well. The banana smell fades pretty quickly, which is okay with me. Biggest con: it is waaaay too small of a bottle to use regularly as a leave in and/or if you have long or lots of hair. But if you only mask everyone once in a while, and don't wash every day like me, it will probably last a while. I wont buy it again because of the product size + how much hair I have, but I do recommend it for someone who wants to try out a mask-type cream with not horrific ingredients, and not break the bank.

So I used to have really stringy and dry hair, but oily scalp. A combination of using this on my hair and changing my shampoo has made a HUGE difference! It's helped to soften my hair but I also notice how it sheds less, shines more and virtually no split ends. I got this for my mom too who had really damaged hair and now it has gotten super soft and helped along with coconut oil to repair the rats nest that was her hair. TLDR: it works amazingly, it helps condition but also strengthen hair and leaves it soft and shiny.

Seriously, this is a tiny container. On long hair, maybe 4-5 uses total. Scent is nice, strong but not too strong. It has much more oil in it than it seems (it's not just a normal conditioner), so if you don't rinse thoroughly it can weigh hair down or make it oily. Wonderful moisturizer. Pairs well with clarifying and biotin shampoos to restore moisture to curly or coarse hair. Like it a lot.

Smells nice but it’s very watery and kind of clumpy. Not at all a thick creamy consistency. A better choice is RAW Sugar hair mask

Bad…the product impact my hair negatively not as used to be when I got it from pharmacies.

Love this banana hair mask! It's smells soo good! Makes my daughters hair, mine as well, so soft shiny and silky smooth. We both have chemically treated hair and our hair smells fantastic and feels like virgin hair. We leave the mask on for 5-10 minutes while in the shower. I recommend you do the same. Feeds your hair. Your hair will be so happy. I highly recommend this hair mask!! Definitely will buy again!!

I purchased this hair mask to use on my daughters dry frizzy curly hair and I am glad that I did! We use this once a week it smells great and leaves her hair feeling soft and is great at reducing frizz! I have used it on my straight hair as well and love the way that it smells and leaves my hair feeling soft. For any curly CGM people out there it is an approved item on curlscan.

I LOVE THE SCENT- Oh my god I can't get over how delicious it is! This is hands down my favourite conditioner - it makes my hair soft and manageable (frizzy wavy/ringlets tamed!) And I love smelling bananas on my hair for hours. 🍌

I absolutely LOVE this product, it untangles my hair in one second and the smell is ANAZIINNNGGG, the secret is to use a small amount. I have really thin long hair down to my waist and I only have to use this small amount for my whole hair

I was really hyped about this product. I usually buy a jar at my local Walmart but all they had was coconut (which I already have some of that). So I decided to order on here--after reading the reviews. The smell is nice but it is strong. The thing that I am very disappointed in is the size!!!! I paid $25 CAD for this little Itty bitty container when I could have gotten the coconut one that was 2x bigger at Walmart for $10. The price is just not worth it.

I have yet to use this product as a conditioner or deep conditioner; I’ve only ever used it as a leave in, and I quite enjoy it! The smell is pretty strong, so keep that in mind! And I have fine, low porosity curly hair, so a little goes a long way for me! All I used in these photos was this product, so not too shabby! Overall, great product for the price!
