Great price and a good piece of kit

I purchased this dash cam because I bought the LD01 which was faulty and I ended up getting refunded by the company with apologies. Due to their good customer service I decided to buy the LD06 and tho it’s just been a few days , it works fine and well and I can’t complain .

do not purchase!! can’t get to connect to my van at all, when contacting support they were no help at all

I recently purchased a LD06-2CH , and I’ve encountered an issue with one of the included accessories.The USB to USB Type-C cable that came with the device does not provide enough power for proper operation. After testing with a different (SHORTER ) cable, the device works fine, which suggests that the original cable may be faulty or not suitable for the required power delivery.

Good quality. Super easy install not many cables. Sticks to the windscreen really hard.

LINGDU Dash CamArrived today, so read the instructions and as a precaution I tested everything first, no point installing it all then finding an issue, App was easy to download and set up, once I was happy everything worked I started the install, if you’re not comfortable with doing this yourself get it done professionally, it’s not that expensive considering the price of the camera kit , I installed vehicle security products before so it’s not an issue for me, just make sure the glass is clean and dry before fixing the cameras in the required areas, remembering that they are not meant to obscure your vision when driving , use alcohol wipes or similar and make sure it’s dry , I use a hairdryer on warm setting to slightly warm the glass when fixing items like this, it aids the bonding of the item, don’t linger in one place too long with the hair drier, it’s only to warm it up slightly so it’s warm to the touch, install the cables carefully, they need to be secure so they don’t annoyingly rattle when the vehicle is at speed etc, that doesn’t mean you have to strip all the panels off, just apply a bit of commons sense and don’t trap them anywhere near sharpe edges. There are plenty of how to guides out there so don’t be worried. Once all is installed, test again and it’s all done ready to use ….. the kit is easy to use, install and set up in the App, the instructions are very clear and in English , there is help available if you have issues. I found the installation didn’t take too long and looked really good when done .

Where do i start i could write a really long massive review but lets get straight to the pointThe cameras are well made and durable but not too heavy so will not fall off (i hope) installing was really simple the cable on the rear camera is very long i had to made a small adjustment with the cable for the rear looped it a little, that said once done its hard to see. The whole installation tuck around 45 mins.Once both cameras installed and in place connecting to the app was a simple process and to be honest fast that expected the app provides the ability to play back footage on the go, should you need to review something. You can also download it onto a PC (the video records on the provided 64gb micro SD card)Now it claims to be 4k if im honest I can’t really tell, but it is clear day and night i can read registration plates well.Over all its a great dashcam but is it worth its premium price only time will tell, i will come back update with any issues
