After assembling the day bed I noticed that the plastic ends which hold all the slats in place were missing. I wrote to the seller bout this issue. They wrote back a day later and said they would send the parts. I recieved them by FedEx within days! I'm thoroughly pleased with this seller!!

I recommend this bed for any room in your home. It’s functional and it’s 2 beds in one and I love it. I went from a king size bed to a twin however this bed it’s roomy and comfortable. I give it a 10 rating..

The bed once put together is very nice and seems to be sturdy. We did spray our fabric with Scotch Guard before assembly. My only complaint is that the instruction were lacking, You only had pictures to go by and the parts were not labeled. There was also no customer phone number included in case you had missing parts or questions.
