I purchased 4 makeup bags at the same time because I couldn't decide on size, color, and functionality. This bag is 1 of 2 that I kept. I pretty much knew before I even received it that I would be keeping it because I read a lot of the reviews. I was aware of the size of the bag, the inside pockets, and how well the zipper slid across the top and down the side. Let's start with the outside of the bag. I purchased the large size and I'm glad I did because given the dimensions of the small bag, I knew it wasn't going to work for my intended use. I picked the elephant print because it reminds me of a certain makeup bag that Stella and Dot sold some years ago. The elephants are adorable and the print isn't close to anything that I currently have in my bag collection. I'm a sucker for makeup and travel bags in general! The outer material is much nicer than I thought it was going to be. It feels very durable and definitely water resistant. With normal wear and tear, I feel that this bag could hold up for a couple of years or more, depending on how often it's used. I plan to use this bag as a makeup/hair accessories bag when I travel. However, it could be used for a walking pharmacy/medication bag for your car or when you travel. You could also put cords and chargers in it as well. The uses are endless! The inside of the bag is very wide and has full access to all the pockets. I was quite surprised as to how much room there actually is in this bag. It will accommodate a lot of items! You will definitely be able to fit a large eyeshadow palette in the mail compartment. For the price, it's an excellent bag with so many uses. I honestly wasn't expecting it to be the quality that it is. I'm actually considering the smaller size for other items I travel with. Buy it, you won't be sorry.

This is a pretty, basic toiletry bag. There is no handle of any kind. It opens up wide and will be easy to find what you are looking for. Quality stitching and the zippers are smooth. Very soft sided so if you want a stiffer, plastic lined type bag, this isn't the one you want. It does fold flat so you could take it on a trip as an additional smaller bag to store small items that you might pick up along the way. This is water resistant but not waterproof. I think it would probably keep thicker toiletries from leaking into your bag but not something like perfume.This would be a really good size for storing cords, chargers and smaller electronics.

UPDATE: This bag definitely exceeded my expectations. I was initially disappointed, particularly because of the material, but this bag has performed better than any of the others that I’ve used. The pockets are sturdier than they looked, and hold quite a bit of product. Things are organized and easy to find. It’s not huge, but holds a lot, which is what I wanted. I love the color/pattern, and this bag meets my needs. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because even though I haven’t had issues with the bag getting dirty (yet), the material isn’t my favorite. I was looking for a makeup up bag that had pockets and wasn’t too big. The pattern was cute, and this one seemed perfect. However, upon arrival, I realized that this bag is very flimsy. The interior of the bag and the pockets are thin, and I don’t see the bag holding up to daily use. The exterior is an even thinner fabric that will get dirty quickly. I am disappointed, as I thought this bag would look cute on my vanity. I can fit quite a bit of makeup in it and the zippers are smooth, but the bag can’t hold its shape without being stuffed.

Excellent - materials, zipper, size, small compartments, overall design. The fabric inside, where the zipper starts and stops, protects items from spilling out. It's lightweight and sturdy. I got the blue and white striped bag, which is easily seen in dark handbags. Good quality fabric bags like this are lighter for travel and much better than PU leather (plastic), which can have an odor and weigh more.

Good quality, holds a lot in a small bag, has several pockets which divides things perfectly to keep it tidy and easy to find. Love it! This would make a great gift especially with make up or bathroom accessories.

Purchased this bag for toiletries and makeup while travelling - very happy with the size, storage and design. It has multiple compartments on the inside but also has a large main section. It is lightweight, but sturdy enough to hold everything you might need. The colours and designs are stylish and the zipper has been sturdy. Would certainly recommend this product for everyday use or travel!
