Knorr Mushroom Soup with Onion Fix 3-pack 3x50g/3x1.77oz

We used to eat this daily while living in Solingen, Germany. Sehr lecker!

Ran out of my Polish mushroom soup I normally use and ordered this as a substitute and it taste just as good.

But if you don’t want to do that, then do as follows: mix the packet and 750ml (or 25.36oz for us American folk) up to a boil. Then, reduce to simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then you can add a spoonful of yogurt and garnish with parsley if desired.This tastes very similar to another Knorr mushroom soup I found when I was in Norway years ago. However, theirs had chanterelle mushrooms and had a more robust flavor. Still good nonetheless. Took one star off cause some of the mixture didn’t dissolve and had a few clumps.

Bought these on a whim because I like to try new things. Wanted to make chix pot pies with leftover roasted chicken but needed to make chicken gravy. Had homemade chicken stock when I decided to add a package of this soup mix to my stock instead of plain water. WOW, best gravy ever for the pot pies. Now my family expects pot pies instead of just roast chicken.

Soup is great , nice and creamy. Only complaint put it in English as per directions I couldn’t understand how to make that’s why its rated 3 stars other than that it would be 5. I copied directions from leek soup . .
